You can sponsor a child for $360 per year, or for about $1 per day. The goal of SACP is to provide elementary school children of the Merendon Mountains with the necessary tools to learn, grow and prepare for high school.

The Sponsor a Child Program (SACP) started on November 2011 in the village of Volcancito. Our missions and visits to the communities in Merendon Mountains showed us clearly see how the children suffered from hunger every day of their lives. With a very limited amount and quality of food and lack of proper schooling their educaional prospects for the future were greatly reduced. The SACP provides nutrition, an enhanced education and a chance for a better future and quality of life for the Mayan Chorti children.
